Early morning constitución-al

IMAG6982.jpg

December 6th (Constitución) and 8th (Inmaculada) are public holidays in Spain.  Not in the Netherlands of course so I’m the only family member working today.  I got up at the normal time and took advantage of the dearth of breakfasts and snackboxes to prepare to get the run out of the way.

Gorgeous if chilly morning down on the Paseo, well wrapped doggers and runners my only companions.

5km, 24:09.

94km to go.

(Emperor Domitian rebuilds the senate meeting place, Curia Julia, which had burned down thirty years previously, and bans philosophers from Rome; Chinese general Ban Chao completes his conquest of the Tarim Basin (southern Xinjiang in NW China))
