One of those surreal mornings as a parent when it’s after 10am before anyone surfaces. Nobody complaining though and thanks to our house guest (hi Andrew) we decided to go out together for the run before the day actually melted.
A standard Dolce, great to do it with Sarah even though she very nearly took a tumble towards the end. Righted herself before kissing the tarmac thankfully and we managed a decent time considering the already baking-hot morning heat
