Losing altitude

Back in Sitges.   The cool morning mountain air of the Pyrenees left behind as we came home yesterday afternoon after a great family break in the best hotel ever.  See you next year, Lacreu!

Out at about 10 into a sultry day after everyone helped hunt for my running hat, eventually unearthed by Rebecca.  Down to the Paseo and along to the Terramar, round the hotel and up the side of the gardens, up Av Navarra and home past La Masia.

5km, 26:00.

718km left

(Arabic besiegers crushed twice by Byzantine forces with massive (six-figure) losses; Palagius defeats the Umayyads in the Picos de Europa and marks the beginning of the Reconquista with the foundation of the Kingdom of Asturias; Charles Martel comes out on top in the Frankish civil war)
